Personal training should be just that. Personal. Our team of Certified Personal Trainers create genuinely specialized programs to help our clients get stronger, faster, more agile and live pain free. Each program is designed to bring desired results - weight loss, body fat reduction, lean muscle gains, improved endurance, increased speed, ease of pain, effortless mobility.
Personal Training starts at $75 per 45 minute session, $60 per 30 minute session.

Our RRCA Certified Running Coaches work with all levels of runners, from beginners looking to complete their first marathon, to collegiate athletes looking to level up their game, to those with their sites set on trail ultras. Our programs achieve maximum fitness while minimizing injury and burnout.
We offer three levels of running coaching, all of which include customized programming, varying degrees of nutrition and strength guidance, as well as varying amounts of one-on-one coaching sessions. Our Essentials Program begins at $96 per month, our Foundations Program begins at $136 per month, and our Mastery Program begins at $186 per month.

We believe women deserve to be a part of the health care narrative, and their unique hormonal changes throughout their lives should be respected, discussed and considered as part of their physical and mental health. Our Certified Menopause Coaches educate clients on the hormone changes that take place during the three stages of menopause, and how those changes directly impact body composition, mental health, response to exercise, response to nutrition, sleep, and much more. Clients will learn how to modify their exercise and diet to attain results that previously seemed unattainable, regain their confidence and take back their bodies.
We offer three levels of Menopause Coaching, all of which include customized programming, symptom management (i.e. hot flashes, anxiety/depression, weight gain), nutrition, strength, and one-on-one coaching sessions. Our monthly options range from $150 to $1100 and are discounted with a three-month commitment.

Our nutrition programs are based on the goals which carry the greatest importance to our clients. If a new race PR is the primary goal, our Certified Nutrition Coaches tailor the program to properly fuel workouts, maximize performance and speed recovery. Weight loss outside of performance-related goals has a completely different feel, with the focus being on education. We help clients learn to select foods that energize the body, optimize body composition and support an active lifestyle that can be maintained for life.
Our Nutrition Coaching Program requires a three month commitment and is a flat fee of $600. It includes in-person coaching sessions every two weeks, goal setting, macronutrient guidance, lifestyle/habit analysis, recipes, and body composition tracking.
