WHEN YA GOTTA GO, YA GOTTA GO: PLACES TO “GO” IN MILWAUKEE
Let’s chat, shall we? Anyone who has run long enough will tell you that there are days when you’re out on a run and won’t be able to hold it. And when you are training for distance races, using public restrooms becomes a necessity.
Last year I developed irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) after a very stressful time in my life. A lot of people don’t talk about IBS, but I have no reason to hold it in (puns galore here)! Instead of giving up on my training, I made it a point to prepare for the inevitable and sought out every public restroom available to me. So trust me when I say that you don’t need to panic when the urge hits you because Milwaukee has plenty of places for you to … visit. Here is our ultimate guide of places to “go!”

👏🏻 ALWAYS secure your phone so it doesn’t end up in a public toilet. 🤢
👏🏻 ALWAYS lock the door to avoid public embarrassment. 🔐
👏🏻 ALWAYS workout with a RunFit Trainer to perfect your squat before outdoor running season! 🏋🏻
